Experience Istanbul’s diverse soundscape. Utilizing our discrete wide spaced omni rig, we’ve captured over 27 GB of 5.0 ambiences.
From narrow side streets to bustling high streets, lively squares, and more, we’ve recorded a range of atmospheres that showcase the city’s character. Indoors and outdoors, across the Asian and European sides of Istanbul, we’ve covered iconic landmarks like the Cistern Basilica, the Grand Bazaar, and the Blue Mosque.

The making of

Extensive research and collaboration with local director Sinem Sakaoglu allowed us to access unique locations inaccessible to others. Equipped with our wide spaced omni rig, including The Williams Tree and high-quality microphones, we captured the city’s charm at historic sites like the Cistern Basilica and the Blue Mosque.
