Short explanation

The Ilok ID is the user id you use to log into the Ilok website. Usualy if the iLok ID you entered is wrong, you will be able to correct it, but if the ID you entered exists and is registered to another user, the license will be lost and deposited to their iLok account, so make sure it really is yours.
The serial number is related to the “Windemaschine” and has been sent to you via email by us if you bought it at our Webshop.
